The Customer Care Center provides emergency food as well as essential supportive services including emergency clothing, housing/rent assistance, financial management, public benefits and healthcare enrollments, transportation assistance and referrals for employment, housing/shelter, legal services, medical care, mental and physical health assistance to help families recover from crisis and find stability The Benefits Outreach Program helps those eligible apply for Medicaid and SNAP (formerly Food Stamps).

The Social Services Department provides food, health and hygiene products, infant care products, household items, transportation assistance, birth certificate and ID replacement and summer fans. Tax Assistance provides free assistance during tax season to those whose household income is less than 95,000 jointly or 65,000 if filing single.
